The salon's philosophy is custom work rather than standard formulas. Each look is built for the individual client, and the salon says it does not upsell services a client doesn't need. Clients who want a stylist who listens and is direct about their needs are welcome.

Color is a major part of the menu. Custom coloring covers balayage, foilayage, and high and low lights, in partial or full versions, and many color services include a gloss. Lived-in color that grows out gradually is a specialty, and single process root touch-ups and full single process color are also offered. K-tip extensions are available.

Booking details: the salon is open Tuesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 3 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. A 30% cancellation fee applies to changes made within 24 hours of the appointment or to no-shows. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. A 15-minute consultation is offered at no charge.

Bridal and formal services include a bridal formal hairstyle and bridal formal makeup, each listed at $250 and about an hour, offered in the salon or on location; the makeup includes lashes. Formal styling or updos and a formal makeup application with strip lashes are also available for events.
