Color is the core of the menu. Services include balayage, partial and full foil highlights, face frame highlights, lived-in color, virgin or all-over color, root touch ups, glaze treatments and vivid fashion shades, which are priced after a consultation. The keratin range includes the Lasio Tropic service, which is formaldehyde-free and is described as reducing curl by up to 60 percent, with results lasting up to 3 months; the Brazilian Blow Out smoothing treatment, which lasts up to 12 weeks; and the Lasio One Day treatment, which the booking page says reduces frizz and curl for up to 4 months. Styling options include blowouts with a choice of flat iron or curls, special occasion styling and curls, and bridal styling or a bridal trial. Haircuts are offered for men, women and children aged 10 and under. Bellami extensions are available after an extension consultation.
Booking terms are set out clearly. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours notice, and a 50 percent fee applies after that window. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service moved if there is not enough time left to complete it. An appointment not confirmed 15 or more minutes after its start time counts as a no-show and carries a fee. Each guest gets one grace appointment a year for last-minute changes, cancellations or no-shows; after that, a credit card is kept on file. Bridal deposits and other deposits are listed per service. The salon is closed Monday and Sunday, open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 3 PM, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM.
