The studio's aim is an unhurried, welcoming room where each guest's hair goals come first. The setting is relaxed and spa-inspired, and the studio says it wants every guest to feel included.

Services fall into haircuts, color and add-ons. Haircuts include a Signature cut for most lengths below the jaw with blow-out and heat styling, a Short Hair style open to all genders, a Curl Cut with dry curl shaping, shampoo and cuticle smoothing, and an Extra Long cut for hair that needs more time because of length, density or texture. Color runs from a demi-permanent all-over shade that goes darker or stays tone on tone, to Global Color with retouch and gray coverage, lightening with balayage and dimensional color, and Vivid Colors and Blonde Transformation done as a double process. Toner and gloss can be booked on their own or added to other services.

First-time color clients book a consultation before their appointment. A free consultation of 5 to 15 minutes is also available to talk through goals and plan the visit; clients are asked to save inspiration photos to their phone and bring them along.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and a 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Deposits are not required unless a client has a history of late cancellations or no-shows. Children are not permitted during appointments, and pets may be allowed with prior approval. Gratuity is not included in prices, and clients with health concerns or sensory sensitivities can ask for accommodations if the studio is told in advance.
