Most color services are sorted by how much new growth there is, from a retouch within about six weeks up to a full color renovation for long gaps or a major change.

Color appointments need 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and other appointments need 24 hours. Cancelling or rescheduling after that window carries a 30% late cancellation fee, and a no-show or same-day cancellation is charged the full booked price. Arrivals up to 10 minutes late are accepted; later arrivals are not moved or double-booked. Clients are asked to come without children or friends.

Several services need a consultation first. New clients booking bleach and toning with vivid color pay a deposit and have a consultation beforehand, and color renovation requires a deposit from new clients with the final quote given at consultation. Extensions require a free extension consultation before they can be booked, and the salon uses Hair-Dreams, Hair-Locs and Drop-Dead extensions. Other free consultations cover scalp care, Curl Cult wave work and corrective color.

Payment options include Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, which needs approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Services are matched to the time since the last color appointment, and consultations are used before extensions, color corrections and larger changes.
