Appointments are booked through an online GlossGenius booking page. The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 11am to 8pm and Friday from 10am to 7pm, and is closed Saturday through Monday. Cut and style prices vary with hair length and density, and additional service prices can vary with hair length and thickness.
Hair services are grouped into Cut & Style, Hair Color, Image Consulting and Additional Services. Every haircut includes a consultation, a shampoo and a blow dry style, and every hair color service includes a consultation and a relaxing shampoo. Cuts can include a styling lesson and a product prescription, and curly-hair cuts are followed by a curl coaching session.
According to the salon, it uses only what it calls the cleanest and healthiest hair color and cosmetics. Its color services use colors free of ammonia, PPD and resorcinol, and the O&M CØR.color line is listed as free of those ingredients with full grey coverage.
