Extensions are a major part of the menu. The salon uses 100% Remy hair that is double drawn with the cuticle intact, which it describes as ethically sourced, and lengths run from 14 inches to 30 inches or longer. Methods include I-tip, K-tip (installed with hot fusion), clip-in, tape-in, hand-tied, volume weft, micro link and traditional sew-ins, along with retightening and move-up appointments. Extension pricing is confirmed at a consultation, which can be done virtually from photos or in person with a hair and scalp assessment. The salon provides maintenance instructions and product recommendations for extensions.

Color services center on dimensional, lived-in looks, including ombre, balayage and foilyage sessions booked by the hour, mini and full modern dimensional packages, root touch-ups, glosses, glazes and toners, and corrective color priced per hour. Color services blocked for more than two hours are all-inclusive, and a skin allergy test is performed before color service and read after 24 hours. Relaxers, Silk Press styling, cuts, and treatments such as Protein, Extreme Moisture and K18 round out the menu.

Pricing is gender and age neutral. Saturdays are peak days with higher prices adjusted at checkout, and most services are priced a la carte. Hair color consultations are valid for two weeks, and color is ideally booked within seven to 14 days after. Cancellations need 48 hours notice to avoid fees; cancellations 24 hours out are charged half the booked amount and same-day cancellations are charged the full amount. A five to ten minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and arriving 15 minutes late means the appointment is rescheduled with a $15 late fee. Some services require deposits, and a waitlist fills last-minute openings and cancellations.
