Stylists work independently and manage their own schedules, services, pricing and appointments, while sharing one standard of service and hospitality. Pricing can vary by stylist, hair length and density, the products needed and the result wanted, and the stylist talks through personalized service and pricing with each client before starting.
Every appointment includes a luxury shampoo, blowout and personalized style, and scalp massage is also offered. Extension work begins with a complimentary Extension Specialist Consultation, where extension hair is priced. Weft installs are $200 per row, and one to three rows are usually recommended depending on the result wanted. Luxury weft extensions are customized to the client's hair, lifestyle and goals, and maintenance is typically recommended every six to eight weeks.
Guests can have beverages and snacks during their visit, including lattes, wine, champagne, sparkling water, diet cola, a cocktail of the month and curated snacks. Complimentary Wi-Fi, device charging and a laptop workspace are available for those who want to work during an appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. Later changes and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service price, and a valid credit card may be required to reserve some appointments. Service adjustments must be requested within 7 days of the original appointment and must match the original consultation. No refunds are given on services rendered, and the salon is kid-free unless a child has a scheduled service.
