Jessica Woods

Jessica Woods founded Reflect Co. Salon and works there as a hair stylist. She is known for blonding, dimensional color and a considered approach to hair care. She started her career at 18. Beyond her own clients, she mentors and educates other stylists, helping them build technical skills, a personal brand and a lasting career. Her one-on-one mentoring and business coaching cover technical work, client relationship management and mindset. She also teaches public hair care workshops, styling tutorials, seasonal hair trend classes and extension care classes, and offers personal hair consultations. Her three-hour in-person class on social media marketing covers branding, captions, content organization, imagery and editing apps.
