The space has a warm, European-inspired feel. Fresh flowers are brought in weekly, candles are lit, and handmade organic tea and spa water are served. Two parking spots on the property are reserved for clients, with street parking on Main Street and both sides of Walnut Street, and a public lot across the street.

Signature facials include The Raye, an 80-minute treatment that combines several steps to hydrate, smooth, and sculpt, and the Signature Glow Facial, a 60-minute treatment with dermaplane and a customized enzyme exfoliation. For shorter visits, the Express Bar offers micro-treatments under 45 minutes. Makeup is available in traditional and airbrush styles, with false lash application and luxury cosmetic brands. The studio also offers waxing with products considered safe for clients with allergies, wellness treatments, and spa parties, a pajama-style private celebration for bachelorettes and groups. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service price, and a no-show is charged the full cost.
