Patients come from Carmel, Zionsville, Noblesville, Sheridan, Cicero and nearby communities, and the practice offers telehealth visits across Indiana.

The medical side covers functional medicine, weight loss, hormone therapy, men's health, health coaching and IV therapy. A first visit runs 45 to 60 minutes and includes a review of health history, lab orders and a personalized plan. The practice does not bill insurance for appointments but accepts HSA and FSA cards for medical services, and it offers insurance-based lab work as well as discounted cash-pay labs. It does not treat heavy metal toxicity, mold, POTS or Lyme disease and refers those patients to area providers.

On the aesthetic side, a consultation comes before a new client's first treatment, and goals and budget are discussed up front so there are no surprise costs. The practice encourages people to meet more than one injector before choosing one. Results are meant to look soft and natural, the team mainly uses Galderma products, and Dysport is its preferred neurotoxin. The practice describes its skin care as clinical and designed for long-term results.

Medical memberships cost $150 a month, carry a three-month minimum and continue until cancelled. They are required for patients using weight loss medications, and members receive 10% off supplements, IV services and aesthetic services, plus no draw fee for cash-based labs done in the office. Skin memberships require a six-month minimum with auto-draft billing. Hours are Monday 7:15 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, with weekends closed.

Functional medicine care moves step by step, with changes shaped around each patient. Aesthetic work aims for soft, natural-looking results, and the practice says it blends evidence, experience and compassion.
