VIAL Aesthetics is a boutique practice focused only on neuromodulators and dermal fillers. The practice grew from Dr. Kaete Archer's aim to combine clinical expertise with convenient injectable care, and it is owned and led by a physician.

Every new client begins with a consultation before any treatment is planned. Treatment can be done at that same visit, or a client who already knows what they want can book directly. Treatment is planned across the whole face rather than one line at a time, and filler results are reviewed with the client at two weeks. Neuromodulator visits typically run about 30 minutes, with first results in 3 to 4 days and full effect at 2 weeks, lasting 3 to 4 months. Filler visits also typically run about 30 minutes, with visible results right away and the settled result at 2 weeks, lasting 6 to 18 months.

Neuromodulators are prescription medication, and the practice uses Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Daxxify. Neuromodulator work covers the forehead, frown lines, crow's feet, brow position, the jaw and masseter, the mouth and chin, the neck and the upper lip. Dermal fillers, most of them hyaluronic acid gels that can be dissolved in most cases, restore volume in the lips, cheeks, tear troughs, temples, jawline and chin. The practice carries a wide range of filler brands, from Restylane and Juvéderm to Sculptra and RHA 3.

The practice describes its injectable care as delivered with a high standard of training and care. Maintenance is typically every 3 to 4 months for neuromodulators and every 6 to 18 months for fillers, and the practice treats it as ongoing care rather than correction. Gift cards are available for future visits, and friends and family can book group appointments online.

Practical details: the office is open Monday to Friday from 9 to 3, and on select Saturdays, for calls, texts and booking. Clients can text the practice. Saturday appointments are available, and the online calendar shows open times since provider availability changes week to week. Free parking is beside the building with easy access from Highway 31. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. The building was formerly a bank, and its original vault has been kept.

Physician-led and limited to neuromodulators and dermal fillers, with treatment planned across the full face. The practice recommends less when less is right, does not rush appointments, and treats maintenance as care rather than correction.
