Medical aesthetic care is physician-led. Before any medical treatment, each patient completes a Good Faith Examination with a qualified medical provider, who confirms candidacy and helps build a plan. Every treatment process starts with a custom consultation with one of the trained providers, held in a private discovery suite. Skin and laser consultations cost $75, are nonrefundable, and go toward an eligible treatment. A virtual consultation tool also lets visitors enter their concerns and see suggested treatments online before booking.

Facial work takes place in private, fully equipped therapy suites. The business describes the space as warm and inviting, with a luxury feel. The spa also has a salt lounge, and IV therapy is given in pods with massage chairs and private televisions. Gift cards are available.
