The medical spa is located in the Arts & Design District of Carmel and brings together medical esthetics, injectables, paramedical tattooing, boudoir photography and a private event space under one roof.

Injectables are a core part of the menu. Wrinkle relaxers such as Xeomin and Botox are offered for forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet, and a range of dermal fillers including Juvederm, Belotero Balance, Revance RHA and Voluma are offered for lips, smile lines, fine lines and cheek contour. Kybella is offered for fat under the chin, and Radiesse is offered to add volume. Vitamin B-12 shots are available as a wellness booster. Cosmetic surgery consultations take place at the Carmel location with Michelle Jones Singer, M.D., who serves the Indianapolis, Fishers, Carmel, Noblesville and Zionsville areas.

Ozone therapy injections are offered at the Carmel location. Paramedical tattooing is also available and is performed by Katrina Tovey.

Clients who want to start with injections can book a free consultation online. Botox is available as a membership with 33 units every three months for $99 per month, with no contract, auto-deducted payments and the option to cancel at any time. Units are usable on the day of sign-up.
