Color makes up much of the menu, from toner and glaze and root smudging to full foil and accent foil work. Accent foils use Pulp Riot products, and portfolio examples include color correction and a free-hand lightening technique on virgin hair. Every blonding service includes a rescue therapy add-on.

Extensions are a separate area. Clients can book tape-in application, hair tinsel, replacements, removal of bead-style Hello Darling XO extensions or adhesive-style extensions, and Hello Darling XO move-ups. Keratin work is the NKST traditional keratin treatment, which requires a deposit and is booked without a haircut.

Extra time is built into every appointment for cleaning between services. Evening appointments at 6 PM or later, and Sunday appointments, call for a text ahead so the owner can meet clients at the front door, since the main door is locked at those times. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged 50% of the total services booked. Gift cards come in set amounts or custom values and are final once sold.
