Faces by Fo is a salon in Chadds Ford, run from two suites at 100 Ridge Road. Sisters Jennifer and Jessica Ford started it together. The salon describes the founders as award-winning makeup artists. According to the salon, The Knot has given them multiple Best of the Knot honors. The salon also says it has been named Best of the Mainline and Best of Chester County.

Permanent makeup covers combo, ombre and powder brows, lip blushing, permanent eyeliner and saline tattoo removal. Microblading is a brow tattooing method done with a manual hand tool, with topical numbing cream and gel applied before and during the session. Touch-ups are usually needed 4 to 8 weeks after the first procedure and then every 12 months, and brows are fully healed at 4 to 6 weeks. Clients are asked to wash their brows twice a day for the first two weeks and to avoid sweating for 10 days. The salon cannot guarantee final results or how long they last, since pigment holds differently on each skin type. Most existing brow tattoos cannot be covered; the old tattoo needs to be at least 80 percent faded and not multicoloured. Some clients with listed medical conditions need a doctor's note before microblading.

The Keratin Lash Infusion is a keratin-based conditioning lash lift and tint that lasts 6 to 8 weeks. The salon states that it is clinically proven to strengthen and rehydrate natural lashes, that it carries a 100 percent damage-free guarantee, and that it will not change eye colour. The keratin comes from vegetable sources and the products contain no animal ingredients. The salon is cruelty free, though the product is not Vegan Certified. Lashes should stay dry for 24 to 48 hours after treatment.

Makeup is offered on site for the day of a wedding, with a minimum of five full makeup applications; smaller groups may be priced differently, so clients should contact the salon. Brides are priced higher than bridesmaids and guests because more time goes into the bride's look. Travel fees apply outside a 30-mile round-trip radius of the Chadds Ford studio, and hotel bookings carry parking or valet fees per artist. Brides can email questions before the wedding day. Every booking needs a signed contract and a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit due within five days of receipt. The deposit holds the date and is not applied to the day-of cost. The salon offers no discounts, and gratuity is not included in prices. Permanent makeup is booked by contacting the salon or through the Vagaro app.
