Blowouts are available at the Lo Blow bar, which offers a wash, blowout and finish without a cut, as well as through standard blowdry and styling appointments.

Skin services include custom facials that begin with a skin analysis before any treatment is chosen, along with peels, dermaplaning and a range of facial packages. Lash services include classic, hybrid and volume extensions after a mapping consultation, plus lifts, tints and fills. Brow work ranges from waxing and tinting to lamination and permanent options. Wigs and toppers are fitted privately in a VIP room, and bridal clients can book hair and makeup for the wedding party, with trials offered for both.

Pricing is published up front as starting prices, and the final cost depends on the artist's level and the client's hair. Stylists and specialists are tiered from Level 1 to Level 6 by experience, education and demand. Appointments can be booked online in about a minute or by calling or texting. Calls and texts are answered around the clock by an AI receptionist that can transfer callers to a person on request. Credit card payments carry a 3% processing fee, which does not apply to debit, cash or check.

Pairs in-house education and one-on-one mentorship with a Level 1 to 6 growth path for artists, with each level's pricing published in advance.

The studio includes a spa floor, a classroom used for artist training and a private VIP room for wig and topper fittings.
