A visit starts with a free consultation, which is recommended before any color service for new clients and takes about 30 minutes or more. Guests can expect complimentary snacks and beverages, sensory-friendly appointments, dimmable studio lights, and chairs that adjust and can move to accommodate mobility aids.

Larger services can be paid over time through Klarna, Afterpay or Affirm. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. New clients booking the Curl Cult Perm pay a $50 deposit. Clients who cannot attend are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible to reschedule; a 30% cancellation fee applies to cancelled appointments.
