The salon's signature process is called C.P.R., short for Consistency, Patience, and Regimen. Each guest works with a hair routine shaped around their own hair needs and goals, used both in the salon and at home. Consistency means keeping to that routine between visits, patience reflects that healthy results build gradually, and the regimen is the structured, step-by-step plan itself.

A visit includes free parking on site and a coffee and refreshment bar. Appointments can be booked online, and a valid credit card is required to reserve. The salon is open Tuesday and Thursday 11AM to 8PM, Wednesday 11AM to 6PM, Friday 10AM to 4PM, and Saturday 9AM to 4PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Each appointment includes up to 10 minutes of standard detangling, and extra detangling is charged $15 per 15-minute increment. Protective styles such as braids, twists, extensions, and locs must be removed before the appointment. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may have services shortened to fit the remaining time, and full charges may still apply. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service total, and missed appointments without notice are charged in full. Services are non-refundable, though guests unhappy with a service have 72 hours to have it redone at no charge by the original stylist. Hair product exchanges are accepted for up to 10 days. A parent or legal guardian must stay in the salon for a minor's whole appointment.

The salon works with Light of Life Rescue Mission in Pittsburgh to provide complimentary haircuts and hair care for men, women and families who receive services from the mission.
