Each visit begins with a thorough consultation so Jessica can understand what a client is hoping for before any service starts. Services not covered in that consultation may need a separate appointment and can carry extra fees. Color appointments can run from two to five hours depending on hair length, thickness and what is booked.

The color work centers on blended, lived-in looks for blondes and brunettes. Options range from root shadow, gloss and root touch-up to full, partial and faceframe foiling and blended highlighting. Gloss and blowout are included in every Specialty Highlighting service. Haircuts include a blow-dry, and blowouts and heat styling with a curling iron or flat iron are also offered.

Listed prices are starting base prices and can change with hair length, thickness and the amount of product needed. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice; cancellations made with 24 hours or less notice carry a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged in full. Appointments include a 10-minute buffer for late arrivals, and longer delays may mean a shorter service or a rebooked appointment. Refunds are not offered on services, but concerns with a cut or color can be raised within 7 days of the visit for correction.
