Hair work centers on color: highlights, balayage, blonding, root touch-ups, glossing, toning and corrective color. Gray blending is also offered, a technique that blends natural gray rather than covering it fully. A consultation is recommended for most new clients, especially before highlights, major color changes or color correction, and can be booked in person or by phone.

On the nail side, the Russian manicure is a dry method: professional e-file work prepares the cuticles, then a reinforcing base and gel color go on. It is recommended every three to four weeks. Pedicures range from a quick version to a traditional soak-and-massage service and a spa pedicure, and there are options designed for gentlemen.

The salon says it does not pressure clients into services they do not need, and it uses premium and luxury professional brands. The studio runs an advanced air purification system.

Appointments are reserved for one client at a time and are never double-booked. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a shortened service, and a no-show without cancellation is charged the full scheduled price. Cancelled deposits are refunded to the original payment method within three to five business days. Young children are not permitted at appointments for safety reasons. Gift cards, bought in person or online, are valid for one year, are non-refundable, and can be used for services, retail or both. Removing polish applied at another salon may carry an extra fee.
