Color appointments come with preparation requests: hair washed within the past 48 hours, and no hoodies, turtlenecks or white shirts. After color, clients are asked to wait 48 hours before washing, and to use a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. After an express keratin treatment, the wait before washing is 24 hours.
