The menu is built around hair: color, cuts, blowouts, men's and children's cuts, and formal and bridal styling. The salon also offers Brazilian Blowout treatments, barber shaves, eyelash extensions and waxing, so a single visit can cover several services.
Prices are set by hair length, which the salon groups into five bands: short (above the ear), medium (above the shoulder), long (below the shoulder), extra long (mid back) and waist length (lower back).
Booking is online. New clients create a username and password, and returning clients log in. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments are not guaranteed for clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late, though the salon will try to accommodate them.
