Team members receive extended education, including trips to academies across the country, and the studio hosts continuing education in-house each quarter. The salon says its team is certified in Wella color, easihair pro extensions, product knowledge and keratin smoothing treatments, and it describes its service as exceptional with a focus on continuing education and high standards. Front desk staff also complete customer service training. The salon says it is a Wella Global Elite Salon.

Haircut prices include a consultation, shampoo, finish and home care recommendations. Prices vary with stylist experience. Corrective color, toppers and specialty extension work are priced after a consultation, and wedding package pricing is provided on contact. New guests pay a $50 non-refundable deposit, which is applied at the time of service. Cancellations or changes need to be made by phone or email at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a fee, and a client who cannot attend may send someone to take the appointment. Anyone booking for another person, or for someone under 18, should call to schedule.

The Tucson studio is in the downtown area. Public parking is on the building's second floor, and it is paid at a kiosk by the elevator or through the Parking Meter App. The Vail studio is in the Maryann Cleveland Plaza, next to a Safeway.
