Color is a major part of the menu, including all-over color, color consultations, full and partial balayage, full and partial highlights, gray root retouch and toning. Color appointments include a shampoo, blow dry and style, and prices may change with hair condition, length and density, with an extra fee for gray coverage. Haircuts cover bangs, bobs, medium and long lengths, bridal hair, half up styles and updos. Updos and half ups are styling only, so clients add a shampoo or arrive with clean hair. Stacked bobs and bobs with layers shorter than the chin are not offered, and those clients are referred elsewhere.

Extensions include sew-in wefts, tape-ins, K-tip keratin bond and I-tip microbead methods, with a consultation first to assess hair type, texture, health and goals. Textured, wavy and curly hair can be fitted. Treatments include K18, Oribe Renewal Remedy, masks, clear gloss, keratin smoothing and a scalp treatment with shampoo, scalp scrub, conditioner and massage. Blowout memberships come in two tiers: Club W at $78 per month for one luxury shampoo, blowout and style, and VIP W at $185 per month for three, with product discounts and a complimentary treatment on the higher tier. Memberships have a three-month minimum, include a birthday blowout, and cannot be transferred. Guests with extensions pay an extra $30 per month.

Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Guests attend alone, and services are not offered to children under 17. The salon is open Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with a private lot beside the building and street parking nearby. Clients running late should call or text so the appointment can be adjusted. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice; shorter notice carries a 50% fee of the scheduled services, and no-shows may be charged the full fee. Cancellations due to illness inside 48 hours carry a 25% fee. Gift cards are sold through the salon's booking page and can be used at any time, and a referral program is available.

Permanent jewelry is welded or soldered on, in necklaces, bracelets and anklets made from gold-filled or sterling silver. A reweld costs $15, but the original chain must be brought in. The Willow Academy is the salon's education program, offering hands-on services from stylists in training and advanced team members at a reduced rate, with some appointments complimentary. Academy visits may run long for consultation, instruction or photography, and some may include photos or video with advance notice. Submitting the Academy form does not guarantee an appointment, and discounts depend on the service and stylist.

Product recommendations are based on each client's hair, goals and routine. Extension consultations assess hair type, texture, health and goals before a method is chosen.
