A visit includes aromatherapy and a scalp massage as part of the experience. Services are grouped into haircuts, color and styling, hair extensions, and skin, brows and lashes, with waxing offered in the spa treatment room. Gift cards are available for purchase.

The salon states that PCA Skin is its skincare line and that its team holds PCA Skin certification. Facials range from a 30-minute express option to a 60-minute custom facial, and targeted options include an acne facial and a sculpting facial for clients with an event coming up. Microneedling is usually booked as a series of three to six sessions spaced four to six weeks apart.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead are not charged. Late cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the booked service amount to the card given at booking, and that fee must be paid before further services can be booked.

The salon says it aims for clients to leave feeling less stressed and more confident about their hair, with rest built into the visit alongside the service itself.
