A visit usually starts with a free, unhurried consultation with the stylist the client chooses. Pricing is listed on the menu before any service begins. The salon keeps each client's color formulas and notes in its software, so any stylist on the team can pick up where another left off.
The team works together, and each stylist has a personal way of working, so clients with different needs can be matched with the right person. Staff take ongoing training from industry leaders in cutting, coloring and styling, along with annual training on newer products and techniques. The salon says its stylists are board certified.
The salon describes its setting as relaxed and intimate. It does not rent out styling stations, and it offers a five-day Love My Hair guarantee: clients who are not satisfied can return within five days, and the salon will work to make it right.
