Topical numbing is used before and during brow, eyeliner and lip procedures. Brow appointments run about two hours, eyeliner about 1.5 hours and lip blushing about two hours. Microblading, ombre powder brows, eyeliner and lip blushing each include a follow-up touch-up 8 weeks after the first visit. Brow clients leave with aftercare instructions, an aftercare balm and an aftercare soap, while eyeliner and lip clients receive an aftercare kit and written instructions.

According to the services page, most microblading and ombre powder brow results last 12-24 months, most eyeliner clients keep their eyeliner for 3-5 years before it fades, and most lip blushing clients keep results for 2-4 years.

Training is a large part of the business. New to Brow is a three-day in-person course covering microblading, shading and ombre powder brows with live models, limited to 2-4 students and priced at $2899. It includes one year of online course access and a full artist kit, and Affirm and Klarna payment options are available. Two-day courses in lip blushing and lash line eyeliner each cost $1850 with a maximum of two students, and each includes a live model. The five-day Ultimate Permanent Make-up Artist course at $5599 covers all four techniques with no more than two students per class, four live models, an artist kit and six months of online coursework. The business says this bundle saves students $1000 compared with taking the three techniques separately. Student testimonials on the education page describe the instructor as patient, detailed and encouraging.

Treatments are built around the clients' natural features and are paired with a touch-up and aftercare, and the training is built around hands-on practice on live models.
