Lash extensions come in four styles: classic, with one extension per natural lash; wet set, with lightweight closed fans for a wispy, glossy finish; hybrid, which mixes classic singles with handmade volume fans; and volume, with multiple hand-fanned ultra-lightweight extensions on each natural lash. A full set takes about 2 hours 30 minutes and a refill about 2 hours or less, and most clients book refills every two to three weeks. Refills are not done on extensions applied elsewhere, so those clients need a removal and a full set first.

Brow services include waxing, tinting, and brow lamination. Lamination is a temporary treatment that uses no pigment or needles and works with existing brow hair; it typically lasts four to six weeks, while tint fades over about two to four weeks. The lash lift curls natural lashes without adding extensions or length, and it is not combined with extensions in the same period.

Visits are by reservation only. A non-refundable $15 deposit secures the appointment and the rest is paid at the visit, with a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Guests are generally not permitted unless arranged in advance, and clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes free of makeup, mascara and oils. Hours are Monday to Thursday 9:30am to 8pm, Friday 9am to 4:30pm, and Saturday 9am to 1:30pm.

The studio focuses on lash extensions, lash lifts and brow treatments, with temporary brow lamination that works with the client's own brow hair rather than adding pigment or needles.
