The menu is organized by style. Blowouts include a silk press, a black girl blowout for textured hair, a transition press that adds a transition trim, deep conditioning and a double trim, and a round-brush blowout. Braid work covers feed-in or stitch braids, braids and plaits with natural hair, knotless braids and regular box plaits, Fulani braids, Senegalese twists, and smedium knotless styles with boho or bead installs. Protective and installed styles include crochet braids and miracle knots, sew-ins, quickweave bond-ins, twists with weave, invisible locs, and soft or distressed locs.

Some steps are part of most visits. Braid services need hair washed, detangled and blown out straight beforehand, and that prep is not in the braid price. Treatments are add-ons that must be paired with a service that includes a wash. Locs, permanent or double-process color, and Made for You wigs require a consultation first, and a $25 consultation fee applies if a client declines a touch-up after the price is quoted. Services not on the menu can be booked, with the price agreed at the visit.

Booking comes with a few firm rules. Reminders arrive by text or email and should be confirmed within 24 hours. A missed appointment without at least 12 hours' notice counts as a no-show, carries a $50 charge, and a $50 deposit is required for future bookings. Same-day requests should call the salon first, since the online calendar may not show real-time openings. Clients arriving up to 30 minutes late are seen. Services performed are not refunded. Before-and-after photos may be used for advertising at the stylist's discretion, which clients agree to when booking.
