The salon is owned by Paul Mitchell National Educators, who have taught classes in the United States and the Caribbean. Appointments are open Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm, and are scheduled around stylist availability. Its stylists are trained across styling, cutting, coloring, extensions, braiding and hair care.

The salon sells Minted Luxury human hair extensions in Burmese, Cambodian and Indian hair. According to the salon, Minted hair is ethically sourced and the raw hair is not treated with harsh chemicals, damaging heat or color additives. Online orders ship within 5 to 7 business days.
