Codi Jo

Codi Jo owns Posh Beauty Lab and works there as its artist and trainer. She performs microblading, ombre powder brows, lash line eyeliner and lip blushing, and she teaches each of these techniques to students.

She has drawn on six years of permanent makeup experience when building the training courses. Classes center on hands-on practice with live models, aiming for real skill in each technique. Beyond the technique itself, she teaches students how to build a clientele and market a permanent makeup business. She learned to market her own business while working in a small town, and then became booked with higher-paying clients.
