The salon began when Kat Balajadia opened the studio after the COVID-19 outbreak started. As the team grew, it moved into a four-chair space. Education classes are hosted at the salon on a regular basis.
A visit is meant to feel relaxing in an urban setting. Clients are offered beverages, snacks and chocolates, and parking is plentiful around the building. The salon describes its service as the highest caliber, a claim it makes about itself.
Services range from short cuts, color and blonding to extensions and makeup, plus hair treatments and retail products from the Shu Uemura art of hair and REF lines. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
