Pink Lash LA is a lash extension studio in Santa Monica. Its lash extension menu covers classic, hybrid and volume styles, with fills and removal, and a separate Lash Lift & Brow Lamination menu.

Sets are built around each client's eye shape and natural lashes. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash for a subtle look. Hybrid sets combine classic lashes with handmade fans for more texture and depth. Volume sets use handmade fans built during the appointment. The studio uses high-end silk lashes and does not use pre-made fans.

Fills are booked for sets within three weeks of the last visit with at least 40% of extensions still in place, and clients are advised to book fills every two to three weeks. Sets past three weeks or with fewer than 40% of extensions left are booked as full sets at full price. Clients coming from another artist can book an Outside Fill, which allows extra time to assess the existing work and remove anything unsafe to build on. If an existing set cannot be filled, the studio removes it and applies a fresh full set. Removal is offered as a gentler, professional alternative to removing lashes at home.

Clients are asked to arrive with no eye makeup, moisturizer or sunscreen on the eye area. A 10-minute grace period is offered for late arrivals, but extra appointment time is not offered for lash services. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward the service, and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Aftercare asks clients to keep extensions dry for the first 24 hours, wash them daily and avoid oil-based products around the eye.

Sets are customized to each client's eye shape and natural lashes. The studio says its technique does not damage natural lashes when properly applied.
