Mobile service is available on request, with the beautician traveling to the client's location. The business presents traveling appointments as one of the things that set it apart. Mobile prices sit above studio prices for most services, and bridal appointments carry a travel fee.
The lash menu centers on the Elleebana One Shot Lash Lift, with tinting, keratin lash lifts, lash tinting and eyelash extensions also offered. Each lash lift is customized to the client's natural lashes and eye shape. Clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup or extensions, and a predisposition test is offered at least 24 hours before a lift. Eyebrows are shaped by tweezing only, with tinting and combined brow and lash packages available.
Skin treatments include signature facials, dermaplane facials, an acne clearing facial and a back treatment, several of them with LED. The airbrush tanning menu uses SunFX solutions, and airbrush makeup covers adult and teen looks, tattoo coverup, eyes only and a full-day reservation. Bridal packages include makeup and hair for the bride and for attendants, with an optional bridal preview.
Policies to note: appointments before 8am or after 8pm carry a 20% fee, services are non-refundable with no credit given for future services, and VIP Club fees are non-refundable. Buy now, pay later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
Brows are shaped with tweezing alone and the least product possible, and lash lifts are tailored to each client's own lashes and eye shape.
