The salon describes its nail work as combining the Eastern European manicure technique with precision and care for nail health, and says it has performed more than 10,000 services. Beyond nails, the menu runs from brow and lash services and Gel-X or hard gel extensions to balayage, highlights and Airtouch color, women's haircuts and blowouts, scalp and hair spa rituals, and makeup for everyday wear, events and photoshoots. Nail design add-ons include French, chrome, ombre and cat eye finishes.

Visits can be booked by appointment or on a walk-in basis, subject to availability. House calls are offered, with a technician coming to the client's home, and group bookings for four or more guests are taken for private and special events. Gift cards range from $50 to $1,000 or can be set to a custom amount.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full amount. These fees, along with late fees, are charged automatically to the card on file. Refunds are not offered for services or gift certificates.

Manicure and pedicure work is done on a dry hand or foot with an electric file rather than nippers or a soaking basin, with single-use files and buffers. Metal tools are autoclaved in a hospital-grade sterilizer and opened from sealed pouches at the table. The salon uses hard gel rather than acrylic when extra strength or length is wanted.
