Tiffany, the owner and nail technician, works directly with each client, and the studio is described as open and relaxed.

Gel-X extensions are soft gel extensions applied over the natural nail. The process involves no dust or odor and no heavy buffing or filing, and the set is listed as lasting four weeks or more. Structured gel manicures, also called BIAB or builder gel, put a semi-hard builder gel base on the natural nail and finish with gel polish, lasting up to about four weeks. Structured gel manicures are offered for natural nails only. PolyGel and nail art design are also available, and clients with design questions can text the salon.

Gel manicure and extension appointments are listed as an hour and a half or longer. Hours are Monday from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm and Wednesday through Saturday from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm; the salon is closed Tuesday and Sunday. Bookings are made online.

Booking requires a $40 non-refundable deposit that goes toward the total service cost. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and later changes or no-shows forfeit the deposit. With more notice, the deposit can be moved once to a new appointment booked within six weeks of the original date. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook and forfeit the deposit, and late arrivals may receive a shortened service. A waitlist is kept, and clients are contacted when an opening becomes available.

Some services carry extra fees. A structured gel manicure with product applied elsewhere carries a $20 soak-off fee. Gel-X extension prices exclude a $10 soak-off fee for return clients and a $20 fee for removing product applied by another nail technician or salon.

Each appointment is one-on-one and unhurried, with the service tailored to the individual client.
