Patients travel to the office from Los Angeles, Arcadia, Covina, Hollywood and across Southern California.

A visit begins with an orientation with a patient care coordinator, who gives an overview of the practice and gathers information about lifestyle, medical history and expectations. The full consultation then includes a meeting with a surgeon, a physical exam and a treatment plan recommendation. Fees and financing are discussed at the end of that consultation, and a follow-up call comes a few days later. Appointment reminders are sent by email or text, and consultations can be booked by phone or through the online contact form.

Operations take place at PCS Surgery Center, a freestanding outpatient surgical facility on the second floor of the practice building, directly across the street from Huntington Memorial Hospital. Accreditation comes from the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities. Anesthesia is provided only by board-certified anesthesiologists who hold MD degrees. According to the practice, all surgery center staff are certified and licensed, with experience in cosmetic surgery patient care.

Non-surgical skin care is also a major part of the practice, including BOTOX Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM and other fillers, KYBELLA, Potenza radiofrequency microneedling and laser treatments. The practice sells SkinMedica products through an online shop and offers in-home skin care products.
