Medical services are provided by Haus D' Longevity Medical Group. Treatments are offered only after evaluation by a licensed provider. Visits begin with a conversation about health history, concerns, medications, lifestyle and goals. Lab panels are selected for each individual rather than using a single standard panel, and when testing is recommended, patients receive preparation instructions, including fasting or timing guidance where it applies. Hormone, testosterone, peptide and medical weight management programs all start with a consultation, and treatment, medication and eligibility are decided by physicians.

Aesthetic work includes Glacē facials, which combine diamond-tip microdermabrasion, hydro-infusion, serum delivery and cupping massage in roughly 30 to 60 minutes with little to no downtime. Other options include VI Peels, microneedling (with PRP, PDRN or exosomes), Morpheus8 Cool and the Retro EV Facial, which runs about 60 minutes with minimal to mild downtime depending on the protocol. The Retro EV Facial uses RETRO EV EXO-DERMA, a professional formulation made with extracellular vesicle technology. The business notes that there are currently no FDA-approved exosome products. Facial treatments are chosen after a discussion of skin, sensitivities, home products and recent procedures. Before any injectable, the provider explains the product, placement, risks, expected recovery, how long results last and cost. Injectables include Botox and other neuromodulators, several Juvéderm, Restylane and RHA fillers, Skinvive and Kybella.

Wellness services include IV therapy, with each infusion given under clinical screening and medical oversight, and a lounge with full-body massage chairs. Hyperbaric oxygen is given in a pressurized chamber under a set protocol, after the patient's health history and medications are reviewed. Full-body red light sessions run 15 minutes, and manual lymphatic massage is performed by a certified lymphedema therapist. Brow and lash services include tint, wax, lamination, lifts and microblading with a touch-up follow-up. Multi-session packages and three membership tiers are also available. Packages are subject to session intervals and medical eligibility, and member pricing does not combine with packages. Parking on site and on the street is available.
