Group packages require a minimum party of five guests and include four hours of spa time, and parties of 10 or more receive a full day of private spa time. The office closes to the public while a wedding group is being treated, and guests receive champagne, hors d'oeuvres, discounts, luxury products and gift bags. Wedding pricing is available by phone only.

Cosmetic procedures can be financed through an online application. The practice maintains a published cancellation policy.
