Color is the salon's main focus. Base color covers gray, blends shades, deepens hair, or shifts its tone, and the base-plus-ends option applies a second formula to the lengths. Gloss is a semi-temporary service for toning, tinting, and adding shine. Balayage and foil highlights can be booked as hairline, partial, or full. Blonde AF is priced to include all product and application costs and is meant for hair with no recent bleach and tone, or for clients whose last visit was more than eight weeks ago. It calls for regular retouches and at-home care. Color correction can address overly dark or light hair, hair with too much warmth or coolness, banding, box dye, and bleeding foils. Correction starts with a consultation, so new clients may be asked to pay a booking fee, which is then credited toward the total.

Cutting and styling are also available. A cut with wash and style includes a shampoo, scalp massage, blow dry or styling and dry-cut detailing, with an optional extra 15 minutes for major changes or thick hair. Shorter appointments cover quick neck and bang work for existing clients. Blowouts come with or without a flat or curl iron finish, and a natural texture style is offered for natural curls. Updos, pinned styles and bridal hair are not currently offered.

Treatments are available as add-ons to a full service or, in some cases, on their own. Options include deep conditioning, a split-end sealing treatment, a detox for product build-up, minerals, chlorine and smoke staining, and smoothing options such as Brazilian Blowout and Keratin Express for frizz. The salon also sells clothing, accessories, hair accessories and stickers online.

Services are matched to hair condition and how much upkeep a client wants, and the salon asks for a consultation before the more involved color corrections and Blonde AF.
