Cuts are built on the French Haircutting Technique, a method developed in Paris in the 1970s by Bruno Pittini. The salon's view is that a good cut frames the face and brings out its features. Haircuts include a shampoo, conditioning and a full blowout or style, and the price does not change based on gender.

Color work uses the Goldwell Elumen and Elumen Play permanent, semi-permanent and direct dye systems. Options range from root shadows and single-process color to bleach-and-tone blondes, fantasy shades such as indigo and rose gold, and corrections for color done at home or elsewhere. Highlighting covers foil highlights, balayage, foilayage, dimensional highlights and fantasy highlights. Color and highlight services include a shampoo, conditioning and a full blowout or style.

Hair extensions are made from custom-ordered real human hair. Every extension booking starts with a complimentary consultation, which is required before any extension service. A non-refundable deposit reserves the appointment and covers the custom order, and Affirm payment plans are available. Extensions must be installed by a trained specialist, and visits include a cut or trim to blend the extensions with natural hair, along with removal.

Keratin services are the smoothing options. The Natural Keratin Smoothing Treatment takes about 3.5 hours, and the Express Blow Out is a one-hour keratin treatment. The salon describes the smoothing treatment as multi-award-winning, according to its own claim.
