Integrity and inclusivity are named as the salon's core values. Stylists tailor each extension installation to the client's ideal look and needs, and extension methods are chosen for both how they look and the health of natural hair.

Extensions are offered for coarse, coily, pin straight and wavy hair. The main methods are Great Lengths, where each extension is individually bonded to natural hair, wefts, which are rows of hair sewn or beaded in, and tape-ins, which are adhered with medical-grade tape. Hand-tied and hybrid installations are also available.

Extensions are typically maintained every six to eight weeks, depending on hair texture and density, and maintenance means removing and reinstalling them. Clients are asked to wash and detangle hair and extensions the day before. Single or double process color can be done with extensions in place, while highlights and cuts require the extensions to come out first. The salon says clients can leave with new hair on the same day as a visit. A home care guide is given after the first installation.

Appointment forms are completed through the website. Payment is accepted by credit card or cash, and gratuity by cash, Venmo or Zelle. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are charged half the service total, no-call no-shows are charged the full total, and a credit card must be kept on file. Hours are Wednesday to Friday 10am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm, with Sunday by appointment only. Children are not permitted in the salon for safety reasons.

Extension methods are chosen for both appearance and the health of natural hair, and each installation is customized to the client's ideal look and needs.
