Stylists continue to train and study, and they work as a team to plan the look for each client. Michelle Azouz, the owner and artistic director, leads the color and design direction. Clients can book a 30-minute consultation with any stylist to talk through their hair goals before committing to a service.
The coloring menu covers highlights and foils, lowlights, glaze, several balayage styles, root retouch, men's color and color correction. Expert services include women's and men's precision cuts, blow dries, styling, updos, perms, hair extensions, make-up, wedding party services and cuts for children 12 and under. Treatments include protein, conditioning and scalp treatments, keratin smoothing, and the Brazilian Blowout and Cezanne smoothing treatments. Spa services by Bellissima add facials, body and facial waxing, and lash and brow tinting.
Consultations cost $40 to $60 depending on the service and stylist, and the fee is credited toward the service when it is booked, or waived if the service is done the same day. Deposits of up to 50% apply to color correction, weddings and special events, certain smoothing treatments and hair extensions. Clients who are not satisfied should let the salon know within one week and receive one complimentary adjustment with the original stylist. Stylists are independent, so returning with a different stylist means paying that stylist's rate.
