Hair services cover balayage, full and partial highlights, partial highlights with base, and single process color, along with women's and men's cuts, blowdries, calligraphy treatment cuts, event styling, hair and scalp treatments, and hair extensions with thermal straightening. Makeup is offered as eyes-only work, sponge application, and makeup lessons. The spa menu includes a classic facial, a classic facial with microdermabrasion, a quick microdermabrasion treatment, a deep cleaning facial for teens, and the Osmosis Facial Infusion with Revitapen. Waxing covers brows, lip, arms, legs, back and Brazilian.

The salon hosts private beauty events in The Studio at Zoku and has a bridal bungalow where bridal parties can get ready. It also offers on-location wedding services, where artists travel to the client, as well as makeover parties, sweet sixteen beauty parties, and group pampering. Pricing for private events is available on request by email. Pricing for specific stylists and colorists is available by contacting the salon directly.

The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 9 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays. A credit card must be on file to book, and cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice.
