Hair extensions, weaves and custom wigs are the core of the business. The salon sells its own PQ line of extensions, weaves, closures and full lace wigs, made from virgin Remy human hair, and it offers sew-ins, clip-ins, frontal installs and custom lace front wigs cut, colored and styled to the client's head shape and preferences. Custom wigs have an elastic strap inside to fit the head size. The salon also provides wig care and maintenance and teaches clients how to look after their own wigs.

The salon offers custom cranial prosthesis wigs for women with hair loss, fitted in private suites. It is an approved provider for the US Department of Veterans Affairs program for these wigs, and eligible veterans can have the VA cover the full cost with a doctor's consult that names the salon. Clients with hair loss can book a hair loss consultation by calling the concierge desk.

Beyond wigs and extensions, the menu covers women's haircuts, shampoo and blowout services, flexi rod sets, silk press, color from foils and highlights to balayage and ombre, relaxers, perms and keratin straightening, dreadlock and loc services, natural braids, bridal and event makeup, and facial waxing. Custom wigs, butterfly hair crowns, micro-link extensions and corrective or creative color are priced after consultation. The salon's booking policy asks for changes at least 24 hours ahead, and wigs, extensions, services, waxing and retail products are final sale with no refunds or exchanges.
