Treatments are designed to strengthen the skin barrier, calm inflammation, and support long-term skin resilience. The studio also aims to provide education and support for clients whose skin changes during medical treatment.

Each facial opens with a skin analysis and a double cleanse, then treats the face, neck, and décolletage, and ends with a custom mask, hydration, and finishing products. Newcomers who are not in cancer treatment and not recovering from it are steered toward the Essential Facial or the Sensitive Skin Facial first. Before treatment, clients fill out a consultation form listing any medical conditions, medications, or treatments that could affect their skin care.

Appointments need at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling, and shorter notice may carry a cancellation fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, and a missed appointment without notice may be charged the full service amount. Paid parking is available on Milwaukee Avenue daily, and Concord Place offers paid parking Monday through Saturday with free parking on Sundays. Free street parking is found on Wabansia Avenue and Canton Street. Non-customers should not park in the shopping center lot between Concord Place and Canton Street, where towing is enforced. The studio is a short walk from the CTA Blue Line Damen Station and the 56 Milwaukee bus route.

Private and group skincare events need a minimum of 8 paying guests and must be booked well ahead, with a confirmation step. The host selects one service for every guest, either the Restorative Express Facial or the Restorative Hydrogel Facial, and any event with more than 10 treatment guests gets an extra licensed esthetician on staff. The studio hosts employee wellness days, church groups, sorority and fraternity gatherings, private parties, and community programs, and offers the Skin Reset at select employee appreciation and workplace wellness events.
