The salon describes its aesthetic as avant-garde and minimalist, and says it was created for Asian creatives and for anyone who wants more than a haircut.

Hair services cover haircuts, single process color, bleach, toning, balayage, ombre, design color, color correction, perms, blowouts, keratin treatment, deep hair treatment, scalp care and hair extensions. Pricing is organized by stylist level, from Junior to Standard, Senior and Master, so the same service costs more as experience rises. Haircuts by length and thickness start at $40 with a Junior Stylist and $120 with a Master Stylist. Prices are estimates that can change with hair length, thickness, condition and difficulty, and every hair service begins with a consultation.

The nail menu includes gel manicures, single and multi-color painting, airbrush, French, metallic powder, rhinestone and sticker designs, gel and polish removal, acrylic and UV gel extensions, and tip extensions. Nail art is offered in four tiers, from basic designs taking about 1.5 to 2 hours to unlimited freehand work of five hours or more. Pricing follows a consultation with the artist, and prices differ between artists. A one-hour manicure is listed at $50.

Hair and nail appointments can be booked online, and up to three hair services can be selected at once. Nail appointments need to be booked at least a week ahead, and nail art requires a deposit. A deposit is also required for first-time appointments with a Senior Stylist or higher and for long service bookings. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late or do not show up may be asked to reschedule, and clients unhappy with a service have 10 days to return for a reevaluation and fix. Gratuity is not included in the price list. The salon is open 10:00 to 20:00 Tuesday through Sunday and closed on Mondays.
