Every service is customized to the client. The cut menu runs from trims, bangs and face framing to barber cuts, curly haircuts, blowouts, silk presses and event up-dos. Color includes full and partial balayage, highlights, blonding, single and double process color, root color, gloss and toner, and color correction.

Treatments and add-ons include deep conditioning, K18, Olaplex, a salicylic acid scalp cleanse and keratin for frizz management. Extension work uses K-Tips, V-Light and tape-ins, and starts with a consultation covering method, color matching and pricing. Complimentary consultations are available on request.

Stylists are priced by level (Level One, Level Two, and Master Stylist/Owner), and listed prices are starting points that can change with hair length, density and service needs. Booking requires a 50% deposit, refundable with at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation. Clients get a reminder 72 hours before an appointment and a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Tipping is optional, the salon suggests 20%, and tips can be sent through Venmo at the front desk at checkout. Payment is accepted by American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, cash and Apple Pay through the Vagaro system.
