The menu covers facials for women and men, from a short express facial and an in-person skin consultation to dermaplaning, hydration and deep pore cleansing. Men have their own facials, including versions for men with and without beards and a groin-area treatment. Youth facials are offered for children and teens from age 7 to 17, and the child's age must be given when booking.

Waxing includes a Brazilian, a Brazilian with underarms, and a service called The Clearing, which is priced by the areas done. Vajacial treatments for the intimate area use vulva-safe products and techniques, and some waxing services are paired with vajacials or facials as rituals.

Massage sessions run from 30 minutes to an hour, with aromatherapy oils and optional hot stones or a massage gun. Makeup options range from brow tinting and a smoky eye to a soft glam application with skin analysis and facial massage, plus bridal services and full makeup at home or on location, where travel fees may apply.

Bookings require a deposit, which is non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment within three weeks of the original date. New clients must complete an intake form before their first visit, and clients who have not been seen in three months need a new one. Guests are not permitted at appointments. The spa is open Monday to Thursday 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Friday 11 AM to 8 PM, Saturday 11:30 AM to 8 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 7 PM, and the makeup studio keeps longer hours. Requests outside regular hours may be considered, subject to availability.
