The facial lineup starts with a 30-minute microcurrent session and also includes 60, 70, 75 and 90-minute treatments. Available facials are a Kobido massage combined with microcurrent, a peel based on Biorepeel, a Hydrafacial using Dr. Alkaitis products, dermaplaning, a Buccal facial and a lymphatic drainage facial. Depending on the facial, guests can add an inside-the-mouth massage, microcurrent, a carboxy mask, vibration from a tuning fork, scalp care, an eye treatment or a lip treatment. Massage and body work are also bookable, covering manual lymphatic drainage, deep tissue and structural massage, and a cranial and structural soft tissue session. Lymphatic detox massage is performed directly on the skin with no oils or creams, and most sessions require access to the abdomen.

Lash and brow services include tints, shaping with tweezing or wax, and brow lamination using plant-based keratin. Makeup application is personalized and free with a product purchase of equivalent value. The Rowm Collective is a monthly facial membership at $300, which begins with a three-month commitment and then moves to a month-to-month plan. Private events can be booked as buyouts of the space with massages, facials and makeup for groups, and lunch, refreshments or champagne can be arranged on request. Alkaitis products and clean beauty lines, along with gift cards and gift sets. Hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 7pm.
